We want to help you grow your business and get more reviews! To help you encourage additional reviews, we have put together everything you need in one place. To make it even easier, we've provided some creatives below that you can use to communicate with your participants. It doesn't have to be someone who found you via Clickability; anyone who is an NDIS participant can review your business.

Why do we need reviews?
Besides the trust and creditability that comes from reviews, we use reviews as the main factor to rank your listing in our directory, and fresh reviews in the last six months contribute the most. We also share your current review score and number of reviews with participants after you have accepted a service request, giving them an opportunity to learn more about you. We know that participants are much more likely to proceed with a service provider who has recent positive reviews and we encourage all providers to collect them.

How do I find my unique review URL?
Login to your admin account and click on the “Reviews” tab on the sidebar the top you will see the URL to share which is your profile URL with #review added to the end.

This URL will open the website up straight into a review box.
Here is an example for Youfoodz: https://clickability.com.au/provider/`youfoodz`#review *Please ensure you update the slug highlighted in above with the name found on your profile URL

I’m an allied health professional can I receive Clickability reviews? Reviews in advertising are allowed (i.e. feedback about healthcare experiences that does not refer to clinical aspects of care). The prohibition on using testimonials to advertise regulated health services does not affect patients posting reviews on review platforms
